The Suicide Call Back Service is proudly supported by the following organisations. Through the generosity of these organisations the Suicide Call Back Service is able to keep its vital services accessible to the Australian community.
Online counselling for suicide preventionOn the Line's online counselling for suicide prevention pilot is the first of its kind in Australia. The Suicide Call Back Service (funded by the Department of Health and Ageing) delivers online counselling sessions, free of charge, to the carers of people at risk of suicide and people bereaved by suicide. On the Line’s professional counsellors offer expert support and information via online counselling, improving accessibility to vital counselling services. This project was co-funded by the Collier Charitable Fund, Jack Brockhoff Foundation and the Kilfera Foundation. The Collier Charitable Fund have provided further funding in 2012/13 which will see the program extended to include people at risk of suicide.
Collier Charitable FundContinued support from the Collier Charitable Fund has enabled On the Line to increase awareness by marketing, delivering and evaluating this specialised service to people at risk of suicide. Previously Collier Charitable Fund funded the first phase of the online counselling for suicide prevention pilot and the development of an online e-learning training program.
