Shawn's story

Shawn suffered a suicidal crisis after the death of several family members, and a divorce. Shawn found the help offered by the Suicide Call Back Service to be invaluable to his recovery. A major turning point for him was realising the devastation his suicide would cause his children. He talks about the importance of self-love and setting small goals in getting through depression.
